Finding your Products

There are three different methods to help you find the bulb you want.

If you know the exact bulb to look for then you can search by product name on the left-hand side.

If you do not know the name of your bulb you can choose the search by shape option on the home page, doing so will show pictures of the products we sell. This will enable you to find your bulb without knowing the name of it.

You can also type in a keyword or product code into the search box on the left-hand side to search for specific. The advanced search option can be used to find a bulb by entering multiple specifications to pinpoint the exact one you need.

Adding Products to your Shopping Cart

To add a product to your shopping cart, simply enter the quantity you require into the 'Qty' column and click the buy button

The product is added to the cart and this is noted by the message at the top left which tells you how many items are in your cart. This amount gives the total number of items, so if you added 4 spotlights and 1 fridge bulb the total message show 5 items in cart. The screen will continue to display your current search when you add something, to see the contents of your cart you should click the Cart Contents button

To adjust the quantity of a product in your Cart simply change the amount in the 'Qty' box and click the Update button

To remove a product click the delete button (this will remove the entire line in the cart no matter the quantity).

Register you Details

Before you can pay for your goods we will need your delivery details. We will keep this information in our system so that the next time you visit you can simpy enter your email address and password to login. This information is not used for any other purpose. Click on the Register link at the bottom of the Login box to register your details with us. If you have previously registered, but have forgotten your password click on the Forgotten Password link, enter your email address in the box provided, and your password will be instantly sent to your email address (this address MUST be the one you registered with).

Paying for your order
After you have logged in you can click on this will take you to our secure server where you can confidently enter your credit card details. You will then receive email confirmation of your order.
